Jackson Computer Systems Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, packaged, and delivered by Jackson Computer Systems.

1. Order Processing Time

Custom‑built systems require time for assembly, testing, and quality assurance. Typical processing times: Custom PCs: 3–7 business days for assembly, configuration, and stress‑testing Parts or accessories (if applicable): 1–3 business days Processing times may vary due to part availability, order volume, or other factors. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

2. Shipping Methods

Jackson Computer Systems ships all orders using UPS. Available UPS shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight and size, and the selected UPS shipping method. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

4. Packaging and Protection

All systems are packaged using industry‑standard protective materials to ensure safe transit. Custom PCs include internal packing foam or inserts to protect components, exterior cushioning and reinforced packaging, and fragile labeling where appropriate. Customers should remove internal packing materials before first use.

5. Shipment Tracking

Once an order ships, customers will receive a UPS tracking number via email. Tracking updates are provided directly by UPS.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Jackson Computer Systems currently ships to the continental United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.

7. Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information at checkout. Jackson Computer Systems is not responsible for delays caused by UPS, lost or stolen packages after delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

8. Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives damaged, customers should document the damage with photos, keep all packaging materials, and contact Jackson Computer Systems within 48 hours of delivery. We will assist with filing a UPS claim and determining next steps. Damage caused during shipping is handled through the carrier’s insurance process.

9. Signature Requirement

High‑value orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt.

10. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once assembly has begun. If you need to request a change, contact Jackson Computer Systems as soon as possible.
