At Jackson Computer Systems, every system is professionally assembled, configured, stress-tested, and inspected before shipment. We take pride in the quality of our work and stand behind the assembly of every computer we build.
Coverage
Jackson Computer Systems provides a 30-Day Workmanship Guarantee on all custom-built systems beginning on the date of delivery.
This guarantee covers issues directly caused by the assembly, configuration, or installation work performed by Jackson Computer Systems, including:
- Improperly installed components
- Incorrect system configuration
- Cabling or assembly defects
- Assembly-related hardware connection issues
- Software configuration issues performed by Jackson Computer Systems
If a covered workmanship issue is identified during the guarantee period, Jackson Computer Systems will make reasonable efforts to diagnose and correct the issue.
What Is Not Covered
This Workmanship Guarantee does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects in hardware components
- Physical damage after delivery
- Accidental damage
- Liquid damage
- Electrical damage or power-related incidents
- Improper use or misuse
- Damage caused by modifications performed after delivery
- Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations
- Software installed after delivery by the customer or a third party
- General wear and tear
Hardware Warranty
Jackson Computer Systems does not provide a separate hardware warranty on individual components.
Processors, graphics cards, memory, storage devices, power supplies, cooling systems, motherboards, and other hardware components may be covered by warranties provided directly by their respective manufacturers. Any manufacturer warranty claims must be handled according to the manufacturer’s policies and procedures.
Making a Claim
Customers who believe they are experiencing a workmanship-related issue should contact Jackson Computer Systems within the 30-day guarantee period.
When submitting a claim, customers may be asked to provide:
- Proof of purchase
- System information
- A description of the issue
- Photos, screenshots, or diagnostic information when applicable
Jackson Computer Systems may provide troubleshooting instructions before determining whether additional service is required.
Limitation of Coverage
The Workmanship Guarantee is limited solely to correcting assembly or configuration issues performed by Jackson Computer Systems.
Except where required by law, this guarantee does not provide reimbursement for consequential damages, lost data, lost income, downtime, or other indirect losses.
Changes to This Policy
Jackson Computer Systems reserves the right to modify this Workmanship Guarantee at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Jackson Computer Systems website with an updated effective date.
